Equity Capital Management PLC (Frankfurt: A8Z) is pleased to announce the appointment of F. Bryson Farrill as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Equity Capital Management PLC.

Mr. Farrill is a distinguished financial consultant with over 40 years track record of significant professional successes. Mr. Farrill is based in London, England and has served on board of directors of numerous companies in industries including technology, healthcare and mining.

Previously, Mr. Farrill was a member of the New York Stock Exchange. Prior to that, he held a variety of senior and executive-level positions, including President of McLeod Young Ltd., and Chairman with McLeod Young Weir International (now part of ScotiaMcLeod). He was also a member of the Executive Committee for McLeod Young Weir Ltd. While at McLeod Young Weir Ltd., Mr. Farrill was instrumental in rapidly growing the company and creating a significant international presence by opening offices in London, Paris, Zurich and Geneva, as well as establishing business strategies for Tokyo and Hong Kong.

Mr. Farrill stated that " I am pleased to join Gyula Csurgo and Raghu Kilambi in Equity Capital Management as the Chairman of Equity Capital Management.
